What is Cape Windjammer about

Cape Windjammers Education Trust (CWET)

Cape Windjammers mission is to develop life skills, leadership skills and environmental awareness amongst South African youths, and to do so using the power of off-shore sail-training voyages.
Sail-training is internationally recognised for being an efficient tool to induce sustainable behavioural change in youth. It is implemented widely in many countries around the world with the exception of the African continent.

It is CWET’s aim to make this tool widely available for South African civil society organisations and the youth they are working with.
